• Fire Rated: This latch has been successfully tested up to 2 hours on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1-2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets.
• 60mm Backset: This latch has a 60mm backset, which is the distance between the center of the latch and the edge of the door.
• Non-handed: This latch is non-handed, which means it can be used on either a left- or right-handed door.
• 7.6mm Spindle Hub: This latch has a 7.6mm spindle hub, which is the size of the hole that needs to be drilled in the door for the spindle.
• Includes Fixing Spindle, Screws and T Strike: This latch comes with a fixing spindle, screws and a T strike. The T strike is the part that attaches to the door frame and allows the latch to engage.
